Who provides the product

PMC Pilot is operated by ALMECO Limited Liability Partnership (ALMECO LLP), Kazakhstan, BIN 100240016271. Support: info@almeco.kz. Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases through Paddle. Its buyer terms apply to payment.

Templates and document packages

Templates are separate one-time purchases. The product page identifies the files, format, contents and licence. Purchased template files are in English; changing the website language does not translate them. The final price, currency and applicable tax appear in checkout.

A personal licence covers one named user. A company licence covers up to five named users within one company. Licensed users may edit and reuse files for project work and share completed project documents. Do not resell or distribute blank templates or reusable copies. Other products, future updates, AI access and professional services are not included unless expressly stated.

AI subscriptions

An AI subscription is separate from template purchases. Your account shows the available tasks, document languages, monthly allowance and recurring price before purchase. Only offered tasks are included. AI results are editable drafts requiring competent review, not approved designs, certificates, site inspections or professional advice. Review the subscription agreement before checkout.

Payment, access and your account

Create an account before checkout. Access is released after the server confirms payment with Paddle and belongs to the account that started the purchase. If confirmation is delayed, check the order or contact support; do not pay again. Keep your password, recovery code and downloaded files safe. The account is not a permanent project archive.

Project information and responsible use

You retain rights in your own project information and must have permission to use submitted material. Check completed documents against the project, sources, contract and applicable requirements. A template purchase or software subscription does not engage ALMECO to perform engineering, consulting, legal review or approval.

Cancellation, refunds and agreement editions

Manage recurring billing through the link in your account. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a previous charge. Refund requests are assessed under Paddle’s policy; a request within 14 calendar days does not guarantee approval. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. The refund page explains access after an approved refund.

The applicable product agreement is shown before checkout and recorded with the purchase. Later changes do not rewrite earlier acceptance records.
