PMC Pilot — individual AI subscription terms

Edition: pmc-ai-subscription-terms-2026-09-26-v1. Date: 26 September 2026.

The service you subscribe to

PMC Pilot is operated by ALMECO Limited Liability Partnership (ALMECO LLP), Kazakhstan, BIN 100240016271. Contact: info@almeco.kz. Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for a subscription purchased through Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment transaction. These terms describe access to the PMC Pilot software.

The Individual Monthly plan is for one named user. It costs USD 99 per month before applicable sales tax and includes up to 20 completed AI document jobs in each paid monthly billing period. Checkout shows the final charge, currency, tax and renewal terms before payment. There is no free trial and no unlimited-use promise. Do not share the account or resell access.

An AI job produces a draft review of the project information and supported source material you provide, for the task selected in the interface. The available work areas, input formats, source-size limits and export formats are shown before submission. A work-area description does not mean that the software completes every engineering document, calculation, approval or inspection associated with that discipline.

Ready-made English document templates and template packages are separate one-time purchases. They are not included in this subscription. Human consultancy, site visits, project-specific professional engineering services and professional approval are not included.

Monthly allowance and processing

The allowance belongs to the billing period shown in your account. Unused jobs do not carry over to the next period. A new allowance is released only when the corresponding renewal payment is confirmed. Only one job may process at a time in your account.

Starting a job reserves one unit. A completed, released result uses that unit. A known generation or review failure releases the unit. An interrupted request whose processing outcome is still unknown remains pending while it is reconciled; it is not automatically submitted a second time. Do not pay again or repeatedly resubmit an uncertain job. Contact support if the account continues to show it as pending.

The software checks sources and structure and applies an automated second review. It can reject a result that does not pass those checks. The checks reduce some errors; they do not verify the authenticity of your sources or guarantee correctness, completeness, regulatory compliance or suitability for a particular project. Processing time varies with the request and service availability.

Inputs, language and professional use

You must have the right to submit the information. Supply only the material needed for the task. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated personal information. Uploaded files and instructions are treated as project data, not authority to change the software's controls.

Interface language, the language of your input, the requested output language and project jurisdiction are separate choices. You may enter your own language; supported scripts are not restricted to the interface-language list. Output quality varies across languages and specialist topics. Review translations and engineering terminology before use.

AI results are drafts requiring review by a competent person. They can contain errors, omissions or unsupported conclusions. They do not constitute an approved design, a compliance certificate, a safety determination, a verified calculation, a contractual entitlement decision or legal advice. The service does not sign documents or authorise construction, payment, testing, commissioning or other project actions. You remain responsible for the project information and the decision to issue or use a document.

You retain rights in your own inputs. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may edit and use the generated draft for your internal work and commercial project assignments. This does not grant rights in someone else's source material or make the output exclusive; similar requests can produce similar results.

Files, account and availability

Keep copies of results you need. Original uploaded files and their extracted text expire 24 hours after upload. Text submitted in a job, selected source excerpts, generated documents and automated review content expire 30 days after the job is accepted. Expiry blocks further use or download; the scheduled cleanup then removes that content from the active application database. An outage or cleanup backlog can delay removal. The account is not a permanent project archive.

New managed database backups have a 35-day retention schedule. This schedule does not promise deletion from every historical, manual or infrastructure backup. Financial, security and source-traceability records are retained separately. Contact support for a deletion request or information about copies outside the active application database. Model-provider processing is separate from these application storage periods; see the privacy notice.

Access to processing and online result downloads requires a valid paid subscription. Download your results before access ends. Cancellation does not require deleting the copies you already downloaded. Keep your password and recovery code safe. Recovery after loss of both requires an ownership check.

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and model providers, including OpenAI. Their availability can affect processing. The subscription does not provide direct access to a separate ChatGPT or OpenAI account. Current input, job and format limits are displayed in the software; a future expansion is not included as a promised deliverable.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Manage it through the billing link in your PMC Pilot account. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps access until that period ends or the cancellation takes effect, whichever is earlier. An immediate cancellation ends access when it takes effect. Cancelling future renewals does not by itself refund an earlier charge.

A failed payment, paused subscription, refund or payment dispute can restrict access. A full refund removes access for the affected purchase. A partial or pending refund or dispute may place access on hold while its effect is reviewed. Contact support if the account's payment and access status appear inconsistent.

You may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the relevant purchase or renewal through info@almeco.kz or https://paddle.net. Paddle considers requests under its Refund Policy; submission does not guarantee approval. This period does not limit mandatory rights or remedies for a defective service. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Agreement record

Before checkout, the account records the selected plan, the applicable edition of these terms and your acceptance. The price and billing period displayed in checkout form part of the purchase. A later edition does not silently replace the record of a completed purchase. English is the source text of this edition.
