ALMECO Limited Liability Partnership (ALMECO LLP), Kazakhstan, BIN 100240016271, operates PMC Pilot. Send privacy, access, correction or deletion requests to info@almeco.kz. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Local preparation forms

The browser-local workspace stores project facts, notes and task history on your device. Its completeness check prepares local downloads without sending the task for AI processing. A file reference records file details, not its contents. Opening a PMC Pilot backup reads that selected backup locally. Export a copy before clearing browser storage.

Accounts and payments

The server stores account identifiers, password hashes, consent records, orders, access rights and security and delivery records to operate and protect the service. Session cookies maintain your login. Paddle processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy policy; PMC Pilot receives the purchase and subscription information needed to provide access. Do not send card details to our support address.

AI processing and temporary files

When you submit a task through an enabled AI workflow, the necessary project text and source excerpts are sent through our server to OpenAI for generation and automated review. This is separate from the local preparation form. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Uploaded originals and extracted text expire after 24 hours. Job inputs, selected excerpts, generated files and review content expire after 30 days. Expiry blocks reuse or download; scheduled cleanup removes content from the active database. Outages can delay cleanup. Download needed results before subscription access ends.

Backups and other records

New managed database backups follow a 35-day retention schedule. This does not promise deletion from every historical, manual or infrastructure copy. Financial, security and source-traceability records are retained separately for service operation, reconciliation and applicable obligations. Model-provider records follow its own processing terms. Contact us about a specific deletion request.

Website requests and your choices

Hosting and security systems process connection information such as IP address, requested page and error records. Google Fonts requests may transmit connection information to Google. Support messages are used to respond to your enquiry. Third-party providers may process data outside Kazakhstan. Their policies are linked below. We will update this notice when the service or its data processing changes.
