Choose the work you need
Open Project tasks, choose a work area, then choose the specific task. A work area groups related jobs; a task is one document or question. For example: Feasibility & Investment → Options paper and assumptions register.

Choose a task, collect the project facts and save a working brief for your team. Start with one question, not the whole project.
Available now: local task preparation, completeness checks and Word/Excel exports. Hosted AI analysis, customer accounts and purchases are not open. The portal does not produce an approved engineering conclusion.

Enter the project name, location and date. State what document or decision is needed and who will review it. Select the language of the exported document separately from the language of the website. Your typed text is not translated automatically.

Complete the fields for the chosen task. Use the examples beside them where available. Mark uncertain information as unconfirmed. Add document titles, revisions, page numbers and relevant text excerpts. The optional file list stores names and file details only; the portal does not read, upload or preserve the original file contents.

Click Check completeness. The portal shows missing entries, not engineering approval. Download Word for a readable brief or Excel for the input register. You can edit these files and share them with a colleague. Keep a PMC Pilot backup if you want to reopen the fields and saved history on another device.
